Visa for student

Good Day! I am a student in the Philippines.
I will be visiting China as tourist on February 2020 with my friends.
I don't have an ITR and I only have 500usd on my bank account.
I frequently traveled Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
Is there a high chance of my visa get approved even if I don't have ITR?

I think Yes, because you are a student now, it's normal that you don't have an ITR. Maybe you can provide one of your parents' bank statement.
