visa requirement after getting invitation letter from a friend in macau

One of my friend in Macau wants to send me invitation. what are the requirements of applying an entry visa after getting the invitation from her?

what about the bank statement if it will still be required after having invitation letter from a friend?

There are no special waivers for that under Macau law even if you have a sponsor.
