About:Chinese Zodiac Compatibility

Female: 01/31/1984 Male: 01/01/1988

I am just wondering if looking at all the pillars in Bazi are we still compatible? I am afraid both of us are wood element, we are not balanced. Or in your opinion which one should I rely on?
