About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Travel within Beijing and Yantai

If I fly from Scandinavia then transfer to Beijing and then fly to Yantai does it apply for the 144-hour visa? Or should I take the train from Beijing to Yantai instead?

No matter you fly from Beijing to Yantai or take a train to Yantai, you do not qualify for the 144h visa-free transit because you have layovers in two Chinese cities.
