Visa fee for Pakistanis on Australian PR

I am Pakistani Passport holder Australian permanent resident ,Do I need to apply in Australia for visit visa for China and how much is the fee??

You can either apply in Australia or Pakistan. No matter where you apply, you don't need to pay visa fee, but you need to pay service fee to the CVASC office.
