au pair contract / exchange
i am in china for an au pair exchange on an x2 visa & i want to terminate my contract but my agency tells me that i will have to leave china if i do & it will affect my application for an x2 later on. if au pair work is technically illegal or not a visa type (students are only supposed to study not work as well) would i be able to apply for another study program so i can stay with my x2 visa?
