TXL - LHR - PVG - LHR - WAW

Hi,

my origin would be Berlin (TXL), I will go to Shanghai Pudong via London Heathrow. Then, after 4-5 days in Shanghai, I would reach my destination to Warsaw, Poland but through London Heathrow.

Is this segment (LHR - PVG - LHR) treated as "the same origin and destination" and can't be elligible for 144h transit visa or it doesn't matter because my final destination (WAW) is different from origin (TXL) so I would be elligible? Thanks!

That route is not eligible for transit without visa. Only the flights immediately before and immediately after China are relevant, ie LHR-PVG-LHR. You need a visa or different flights.
