using 72-hours (TWOV). Can I visit 兵马俑博物馆 and 泰始皇陵?

On my way from Singapore to Korea, I am going to tour 西安 using 72-hours (TWOV). Can I visit 兵马俑博物馆 and 泰始皇陵?
