Temporary residence (yellow page) at China

Hi, Whether temporary residence (known as yellow page) need to apply for person coming to China in M visa (business visa for 30 days) also?

Or it is applicable only for work permit holders or long time stay person in China?

Please clarify

It is only applicable to long term stay person in China and work visa holders. For a person with a 30-day M visa, it's not required.
