About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Connecting flight / Layover to Chengdu Shuangliu International

I am traveling from Singapore - Chengdu - Frankfurt and return, I have a layover of 5 hrs in Chengdu Airport, does the 24hr visa-free transit apply to the Philippine passport holder?

Yes, it does. You are definitely eligible for 24 hour visa free transit twice and you don't any kind of visa.
