About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

cruise to Tianjin - Shanghai - Hong Kong

I am doing a cruise and arriving in Tianjin 17.03.2020, leaving the same day for Shanghai, arriving 20.03.2020, leaving the same day and arriving in Hong Kong on 23.03.2020.
Can I get a 144-Hout Visa Free Transit for this?
How could I get the visum?

You cannot and must get a standard tourist visa. The 144-hour transit is for those visiting one destination in Mainland China only.
