About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

first entry date

if I was to get a 10 year visa, do I still have to have a first point of entry date within 3 months of getting my visa? or is that first entry date different for 10 year visa? I am planning on getting my visa in december and not goin to china until april

Well, according to what I know, you still have to apply within the 3 months before your first entry date. To make it sure, you can call the CVASC to which you need to submit the application.
