how long it takes to get down from leidongping to emeishan train station

Question

We will be putting up a night at the Mingshan Hotel at Leidongping parking Lot .  We have a Monday 9am train to catch the next day from Emeishan train Station.  Not sure if we can make it in time and how early we must leave the hotel.  Please advise how long it takes to come down from Leidongping on Monday morning. I assume the cable car takes 40 mins but walking, etc..?Thank you.

Generally speaking, you need to spend around 2.5 hours from Leidongping to the foot of Emeishan. Then take a taxi to the railway station. It will take around 15 mins on the way.
