About:China Visa on Arrival

I'm a Malaysian wanted to visit zhuhai for a 1 -day trip, do I need a visa? And can I apply VOA on the spot when I reach gongbei?

Yes, you need a visa. The recent practice of Chinese immigration indicated that Malaysian citizens are eligible only in case if they have been granted a Chinese visa previously. If you have been granted a Chinese visa previously, you can apply for a 3 day Zhuhai VOA at Gongbei border crossing. The price is 168 CNY.
