Maybe you would be allowed to exit the airport exactly with a prebooked accommodation and denied entry if you don't have one. 22 hours is very long time and maybe, but just maybe, I would suggest you to rely on the airport hotels that are located within transit area: Hourly Hotel and GoSleep Pods. Anyway, they are relatively pricey.
