About:Holiday Schedule of Chinese Embassies/Consulates

Urgency of china VISA

I want to know about the opening of china embassy in New Delhi during the vacation of visa service center of New Delhi (7-16 Oct.), if it is open; can I go to the embassy directly for my VISA as I have urgently need it.
I came to know that visa service center of New Delhi will be closed during 7-16 October, 2019. I have to participate in a scientific conference going to be held during 19th-23rd October, 2019 at Beijing China I have already booked the tickets from 18th October.
If I will apply for VISA on 17th October, 2019 can I get the VISA on the same day?

Yes, the visa center in New Delhi will be closed from Oct. 7 to 16, 2019. If you apply on October 17th and use the express service, you can get the visa between 2:30PM and 17:00PM on the next day. You can check whether this is before your flight departure time.
