About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

would they be able to do sightseeing in china in the 24 hour period

Hi, i am booking a ticket for air china and i have 22 hours stopover in China and my parents are going with us, they have Pakistani passport ,so would they be able to do sightseeing in china in the 24 hour period that we have inbtw our flight based on 24 hour visafree transit

Entry to Mainland China is up to immigration and unfortunately there were several reports on Pakistan-born US/Canadian/NZ citizens being refused entry in the past when not holding a visa. So all in all chances are not that great.
