Documents needed for a 5 day VOR in Huangang

We are two Swedish citizens that would like a short stopover in Shenzhen.
What documents are required for a 5 day VOR in Huangang?

Do you mean the VOA? You will just need to prepare your passport. Upon arrival, you will be required to fill in an application form and take a photo.
