Does the seat must be confirmed?
You mentioned "Ticket to a third country with confirmed seat and date"
I have a question about seat (I found also on another forum "seat number")
Does it mean I must have an electronic ticket with a seat number to apply for 144 hours visa free stay?
I have an electronic ticket, but they will give me seat number just before the flight in the airport (with boarding pass). Is it the problem, or just printed electronic ticket is ok?
