How do I get the tickets for Mogao Caves?

Hi, I would like to buy two tickets for Mogao Caves for end of October. However, when i went to the website to do the booking, they only allowed mainland chinese citizens to register. May I know what are the other ways to obtain the tickets?

Some people said foreigners can buy the ticket on the spot. Or you can find the local travel agency to buy the ticket for you.
