About:Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station

I left a bag on a train

I left a black bag on the train from Beijing to Shanghai. Does anyone know if there is a lost luggage at Hongqiao train station?

I know they have this service at railway station but I do not know where the office is? You can try the police office or information desk on B1 floor.
