bicycle transport in guangzhou

Question

Hey, is it possible to transport a bicycle including the luggage (panniers) in the metro? Of course in between the rush hours and there is no changing of trains necessary (line 4 from the north to the nansha passenger port)Thanks:)

According to the new rule: During the operation of the subway, it is prohibited to carry bicycles (including folding bicycles) with an external dimension of more than 1.6 meters in length and height. 3.
