You need to go to Kunming first. So you can take high speed train from Dali Railway station to Kunming Railway station, then still take train to Jianshui Railway station, after you can take bus from Jianshui Coach station to Yuanyang New Street Town. Finally, you need to hire a car to scenic area.0
