About:Lotus Cave (Furong Cave)

How many days or weeks before our departure we will get all vouchers, tickets and guides?

If we purchase a tour private tour package for two, including domestic flights (inter-cities), train, hotels and tours 3 months before departure to china, what is the latest we will get all hotels vouchers, flight tickets, train tickets and the contact of guides before our departure?

When our proposal is to your satisfaction, please show your acceptance of our offer by email and indicate to us your preferred method of payment. We will offer detailed instructions about the payment procedure in the email. Meanwhile, the relevant hotel, train and flight bookings will be made at this time.

The tour is officially confirmed at the moment that we receive your payment, and a travel invoice or voucher will be provided. About ten days prior to your trip starting date, we will send you all necessary contact details (including the guides' names & phone numbers and the pick-up time etc.) for each city.
