How many days or weeks before our departure we will get all vouchers, tickets and guides?

If you are interested in our tour options, you can fill in our free inquiry form. After we receive that, our travel consultant will reply you with itinerary and quotation as soon as possible through email.

When our proposal is to your satisfaction, please show your acceptance of our offer by email and indicate to us your preferred method of payment. We will offer detailed instructions about the payment procedure in the email. Meanwhile, the relevant hotel, train and flight bookings will be made at this time.

The tour is officially confirmed at the moment that we receive your payment, and a travel invoice or voucher will be provided. About ten days prior to your trip starting date, we will send you all necessary contact details (including the guides' names & phone numbers and the pick-up time etc.) for each city.
