About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

take food into China

Can I take fruit or a freshly made sandwich on the plane to China. Perhaps an orange, an apple or a banana. I know that packaged food like biscuits, chocolate etc are allowed, but is fruit?. It would be consumed on the plane, but I just don't want it thrown in the food bins as I enter onto my flight from Sydney to China, or on the return trip back from China to Sydney.

I am afraid that you are not allowed to bring fresh fruits into the country.

Can i take fruit or a sandwich on the plane from Sydney to China or even coming home from China to Sydney. Not to take into the country but to consume on the plane before I get to my destination.
