Service charge or courier fee for receiving hongkong transit visa overseas

I'm an Indian applying for transit visa to Hong Kong. I'm living in New Zealand. Do I need to pay any service charge or courier fee for receiving my visa back to NZ from Hong Kong apart from $120HKD fee(If applying directly by post)?

Savio, actually, as an Indian citizen you don't need a transit visa for Hong Kong. Pre-arrival registration is not required for Indian nationals in direct transit by air and not leaving the airport transit area. On the contrary, if you plan to leave the airside, you need to make the pre-arrival registration on the website of HK Immigration Department.
