exactly what documents required fro Z visa

I have Foreign work permit letter and invitation letter . Apart from this what documents need when we visit to embassy in india

Hi, Ankur this is Amrit, I am also applying for Z visa. You need 1. PCC(authenticate by Chinese embassy) 2. Highest education certificate (also authenticated by Chinese embassy) 3.experience letter from your previous company and 4.foreign physical form.

Hi Ankur, Couple of questions.

Are they also asking for Tickets?
SHould we also provide the medical reports along with the physical form?
