Yellow Mountain to Huangshan North Railway Early Morning

I am staying at a hotel on Yellow Mountain and I have a train to catch at 9:30am. Will I be able to go down the Yungu cable car early in the morning and should I take a bus or taxi to the Huangshan North Railway station?
