No, you cannot do it online and you also don't need any kind of transit visa because your itinerary, under the condition that you have mentioned all your stops within the itinerary and also calculated your layover in Beijing from your scheduled arrival, until your scheduled departure, is definitely eligible for 24 hour visa free transit in Beijing.
You will also print out your e-tickets and have them with you in hard copy and arrive with them at check-in in Mumbai.
