Q2 visa and 10-year multi-entry visa

My parents are Canadian with Chinese permanent resident card. I'm currently a college student in Northwest University in Chicago and I want to apply my visa to visit my parents in China, my current Chinese visa expired. I would like to apply for the 10-year multi-entry visa, shall I apply Q2 visa? what type should I fill in the application form? Thank you very much!

Yes, you should apply for the Q2 type. You should fill in the application form: Short-term visit to Chinese citizen or foreigner with Chinese permanent residence status.
