when we have to be at the train station?

i am planning to buy train ticket from shanghai to hangzhou with the option to send the ticket to our hotel. in this case how early do we have to be at the train station?  this service which cost us 7 us dollar is included our return ticket?

Thank you for your inquiry.With paper tickets in hand, around 40min at station would be OK. If you will travel during holiday time, if would be better to reach station a little bit earlier than 40min. The delivery fee is USD7 per time no matter how many tickets involved.
