Subsequent visits with L category visa

I have an L category visa allowing multiple visits. Do I need to inform anyone of visits after the first one which was detailed on the original visa application form. How do I go about doing this? Thanks

No, you don't need to do anything. Just set out for your travel with your passport and existing visa.

So I don't need anything like when applying for the visa originally such as the letter of invitation etc
