How to count the visa period for visa free country

Hi,
I fly in to Beijing on 14 September. According to your website u say they start on the next day 00 00 hour. My fly off date is 29 September so do I consider overstay based on my 15 day visa free? Thank u

For Singaporeans using the 15-day visa free policy, the stay duration counts from the day of arrival, so you may overstay.

I visit the police station in Inner Mongolia which they say they count at 0000hours the day after I arrived so I'm safe as long I leave on 29 September before mid night.
