Will we get back together?

I'm Born in 11 March 1991
He is born in 10 October 1991

We had been together for 9 years and due to a few factors of different thoughts and major quarrel this 2 years the love from him to me faded away he said he had changed and do not want to give in and do not want me to rely on him when i have any problem that lead us breaking up few months back do we still have chance to get back together and step into marriage ?
