About:China Museum of Huaiyang Cuisine

Currently on M visa good thru 2029; BUT, want to develop business with new company(s)

My original Host (Invitation Company) invited me to develop business with them from March, 2019 to December, 2019 and I was granted a 10 year M Visa. All is going well and I've been in/out China every 60 days for renewals. I have a Chinese apartment and can also make reservations at a business hotel.

Now, I have a NEW Chinese company that wants to work with me.
1) Do I have to return to the U.S. and apply for a new Visa with the new company's invitation letter?
2) If my current company wants to cancel my relationship now (September or October) because they are annoyed I have a new relationship; do I have to leave China immediately....or can I just go and start my relationship with the new company before December?

Henry, you don't need to apply for a new visa. Even if your current company gets annoyed, it doesn't matter.
