question 144 hours visum

hello, clients are cruising from Hong Kong to Shanghai and stay after cruising 4 days in Shanghai. They fly with KLM from Amsterdam and back to Ams. Do they need a visum? Thank you!

Do you intend to say your clients are cruising from HK to Shanghai, stay for 4 days, and then fly to AMS? If yes and they don't have layover in other cities of China, they don't need the visa.
