Urgent Question about Chinsese Visa for an Iranian in Germany

hi. I am invited to China at a conference for two weeks on October 19th. My nationality is Iranian, and I am currently living in Stuttgart until the end of November. My residence permit is until the end of November, as well. Is this ok to get a Chinese visa?
