About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Visa

I am flying in from Copenhagen, have 2 hours transit and then fly on to New Zealand. Flying on a Danish passport. Do I need a visa?

Assuming that your transit airport is in China, the answer is no, you don't need any kind of visa because your transit will be covered by 24 hour visa free transit scheme. By the way, I hope that you are traveling on a single (through) ticket because 2 hours of layover are sometimes quite tight for some of the largest Chinese airports.
