Hi, I am looking for package EB003614215CA, it has said it's been at the sorting center in Guangzhou for about 2 weeks now. I am happy to travel there to pick it up if that would be faster.

That's unfortunate, there is no way I can hurry the process? It was sent priority mail from Canada, I thought it was going to get here around Sept 5th, quite anxious.
