How long does it take in a taxi from Wusongkou Cruise terminal to Hongqiao Airport at 8:30 am?

Also how do I book a reputable taxi for that trip Please?

In general, it takes around an hour on the way. You can ask help for your hotel staff. See whether if they can book a taxi for you.
