I am a french citizen with a chinese visa for one entry. is it possible to go to Macau for 24hours?

Once you leave mainland China for Macau, your mainland visa will expire and you cannot use it to reenter. Therefore, you can visit Macau, but not between your mainland visit. By the way, you do not need visa for Macau.0
