I’m traveling from USA to Nepal from the transit of guanzoue CAN with Nepali passport do I need to Apply for the transit visa ?? And how much it costs?

How long will you stay in Guangzhou? If you layover time in Guangzhou is less than 24 hours, then you don't need a transit visa. If not, you have to apply for transit visa in advance.
