Can Valid visa in old passport be used with new

I have a valid visa in my passport. The passport expiring in 7mths. Without realising it, went to renew the passport. I will be travelling on Monday 16th September. Can I still use the visa if bring the old and new passport together. I don't have time to apply a new visa. Thanks

If your basic information on the old and new passport is the same, then you needn't to renew the passport and bring them together when enter into China.
