About:Marco Polo Memorial Museum

hello i am Tersia a south african student studying in shanghai .

i would like my parents to come visit me for christmas just for 3-5 days. They will live with me and not in a hotel. So what is the requirements and what documents do they need to apply for the tourist visa. And what type of invitation letter and documents are needed from my side.

They will need their passport, the completed visa application forms with their photos, the invitation letter from you and the photocopy of your passport and residence permit. The invitation letter should contain:
(1) Information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, passport no., etc.)

(2) Information on the planned visit (arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, etc.)

(3) Information on the inviting entity or individual (name, contact telephone number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative or the inviting individual)
