About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I qualify for transit visa?

We will be traveling from US to Shanghai, staying for 5 days, then headed to Vietnam, then Cambodia, then making a connection in Hong Kong on our way back to the US. Do we qualify for the 144 hour visa free transit?
