Can taxis or private hire car be easily available from Wulong Train station or Bus station?

We are looking to take either train or bus from Chongqing to Wulong. Please advise :
a) Can we easily hire a taxi or private car to drive us to 3 natural bridges, Fairy Mountain and Longshuixia and Furong Cave? We will putting a night at Xianyi Holiday Hotel.

b) Can we buy the tickets either for train or bus the day before or should we buy now? We are travelling last week of October.
