How to get to Yading National Park from Yubeng Village (Meili Snow Mountain National Park)

Hi, I will be in Yubeng Village in Meili Snow Mountain National Park and i want to go to Yading afterwards. How should i plan the route?

There is no direct bus between them. You can pool the car with other tourists and the fare is around CNY300/person.
