Re-appointment for getting Visa

My previous appointment is expired and want new appointment for visa.
System not allowing me to make a new appointment due my past expired appointment.
There is no option to delete my previous appointment.
Please guide.

There is an option " Manage Appointmnet" on the appointment page and you could cancel the reservation you have made.
