About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

Invitation letter format

Hello,
I would like to know:
1. Do I need to come myself to the CVASC? Is it by appointment?
2. The application form is in PDF format. If you want it typed and not hand written, I need a word document. Where can I find it?

Yes, you need to submit the visa application documents to the CVASC in person. An appointment through the webiste of the CVASC is needed. You should complete the right form which is an online application form provided on the webiste of the CVASC.
