Stop in China both ways

Hi,

If I'm travelling from the UK to the Philippines and plan to stop over in Shanghai for 5 days with a 144 hour visa can I then stop in Beijing on the way back to the UK from the Philippines if it a 2 hour transit and I don't leave the airport?

Of course, you can. There is no limit on how many times you can use visa free transit scheme of any kind through China. Please, you should just have in mind that your first itinerary should not have any additional landing within mainland China beside Shanghai, of course. Also, bring your flight tickets in hard copy (e-ticket printouts) with you.
